Program Deliverables:
Structured Workload and Recovery
Athletes will not be pitching in games during this clinic. Instead, our coaching staff will set and control each athlete’s throwing workload, ensuring a safe and progressive ramp-up into the spring season. We’ll guide players through a balanced progression of throwing, recovery work, and arm care routines designed to build strength while reducing injury risk.
Preparation for the Upcoming Season
Winter is the critical time to establish the habits and routines that carry into spring. Athletes will learn how to prepare week-to-week, build strength, and develop consistent recovery practices. The goal is to enter the season sharp, strong, and durable.
Mechanical Maintenance and Efficiency
Sessions will focus on syncing mechanics, addressing inefficiencies, and reinforcing consistent movements. This tune-up is essential for efficiency, performance, and reducing unnecessary strain on the arm.
Arm Care and Strength Development
A major emphasis will be placed on arm care, stability, and strength-building work. Athletes will follow structured warm-up and recovery routines that form the foundation of long-term arm health.
Pitch-Specific Work
Time will be dedicated to refining fastball command and sharpening secondary pitches. For position players, we’ll work on keeping arms live and accurate to ensure athletes are ready for spring competition."
Mental Approach
Just as important as the physical side, athletes will build mental skills around focus, confidence, and handling adversity. These check-ins help athletes understand how to approach preparation with discipline and maturity.
Small Group Attention Within a Larger Clinic
Although the clinic brings together a large group of players, sessions are broken into smaller groups to keep instruction hands-on and engaging. This balance ensures structure while still creating a fun, competitive environment.
Accountability and Structure
Athletes will leave each session with clear routines and expectations. The program emphasizes discipline, accountability, and creating the type of work ethic required to succeed at the next level.
Proven Results
Last year, 15 players from this program advanced to college baseball, including multiple early commitments to Division 1 schools. The clinic has established a track record of preparing serious athletes while giving younger players the right foundation.
Pricing
Price: $399
Additional Notes
This program is designed to complement and enhance athletes’ preparation for the upcoming season without interfering with high school practices or games.
Athletes will be divided into two groups to ensure age-appropriate training: 7th–9th grade and 10th–12th grade. Times will be communicated before clinic begins.
Last year’s clinic sold out quickly, and to maintain the quality and integrity of the program, we will be capping the number of athletes again this winter. Early registration is the best way to guarantee a spot.
