Program Deliverables:
Workload Monitoring and Recovery Tailored to Each Athlete
Each week, we will review the previous week’s workload, actively monitoring innings pitched and overall arm usage.
Many pitchers also play positions, we recognize this and realize there is a delicate balance to remaining healthy and optimizing performance in both areas
Based on this data, we will structure specific arm care routines customized to each player’s current needs, maximizing recovery and long-term health.
Prep for the Upcoming Week
We will help athletes plan and prepare for the coming week, including pitching schedules, workload management, and any adjustments needed for optimal performance.
Mechanical Maintenance
Focused sessions will address mechanical consistency to ensure pitchers stay efficient and avoid unnecessary strain. This maintenance is essential for maintaining peak performance throughout the year.
Pitch-Specific Work
If a particular pitch wasn’t performing well during the week, we’ll dedicate time to fine-tune it, ensuring confidence and effectiveness in game situations.
Mental Check-Ins
Understanding the mental side of pitching is as important as the physical. Weekly check-ins will allow us to address any mental hurdles, maintain focus, and boost confidence.
Small Group, Highly Individualized Approach
This program is intentionally kept to a smaller group size to provide each athlete with a higher level of individualized attention and support.
Weekly Direct Communication with Athletes
We will maintain consistent communication with each athlete during the week to check on progress, answer questions, and provide guidance as needed.
Integrated with High School Programs
This program is designed to supplement each athlete’s high school practices and games, not to overstep or conflict with their team commitments. We will work collaboratively to enhance their in-season performance while respecting their team obligations.
