Building on the success of our offseason and winter programs, we’re excited to introduce the 2026 Spring In-Season Clinic at Sierra College.

Spring is where games are won, but it’s also where many athletes struggle to stay healthy, consistent, and mechanically sound as the season wears on. This clinic is designed to give pitchers and position players structured, every other week highly personal touchpoints to maintain arm health, clean up mechanics, and stay sharp while competing.

This is not a high volume throwing program. It’s a small-group, high-impact environment where athletes can come in, throw bullpens, work on deliveries, and receive simple, actionable reminders that keep them aligned throughout the season with heightened coaches attention.

What This Clinic Provides

  • In-season bullpen work and throwing touchpoints

  • Mechanical check-ins to clean up inefficiencies before they turn into problems

  • Structured guidance on weekly throwing volume and arm care

  • Ongoing accountability during the most demanding part of the year

  • A calm, focused environment that complements high school and travel schedules

Many players don’t need a full overhaul in season, they need clarity, consistency, and direction. Our every-other-week cadence allows athletes to reset, refocus, and leave each session knowing exactly what their throwing and recovery should look like heading into the next stretch of games. We intend to align and support players through their respective HS programs and have the support of the majority of the HS coaches in the area.

Note:

The highest risk for injury often comes during the season, when workloads fluctuate and mechanics drift under fatigue. Our staff is diligent about monitoring throwing volume, recovery habits, and movement quality to ensure athletes stay healthy, confident, and effective all spring long.
