Building on the success of our past winter programs, we are excited to announce the 2025 Winter Arm Care & Throwing Clinic at Sierra College. Winter is the most important time to set the foundation for the upcoming season. Athletes who ramp correctly in the offseason dramatically reduce their risk of injury and position themselves for success in the spring.
This program is designed to help pitchers and position players:
Sync up mechanics and clean up inefficiencies.
Stay on a regimented program that builds strength and routine.
Develop arm care and arm strength through proven recovery and maintenance strategies.
Stay sharp and game-ready heading into spring tryouts and competition.
Our staff provides structure, accountability, and data-driven feedback to ensure that each athlete follows a clear and safe ramp-up process. The highest risk of injury for young players is as they return to throwing, and our clinic directly addresses that with programming, hands-on coaching, and a fun, competitive environment.
Results That Speak
From last year’s clinic, 11 players have gone on to play college baseball, with multiple committing early to Division 1 programs. This clinic is a proven pathway for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.
Important Note on Space and Groups:
Due to high demand and to maintain the integrity of the program, space will be limited. Last year’s clinic sold out, and we expect the same this winter. We strongly recommend signing up early to secure a spot. Athletes will be divided into two groups for age-appropriate training: Group 1 - 7th–9th grade and Group 2 - 10th–12th grade.
